The role would effectively drive Offline & Customer Journey (in-app) bits of the brand marketing efforts. This would include working on brand visibility, offline marketing initiatives, tracking and measuring customer journey on the app and designing campaigns to drive retention and engagement.
- Working on brand marketing through ATL & BTL marketing (Banners, Hoardings, POS branding, Bike branding etc,.)
- Setting up Customer Journeys to engage with customers through their app journey and to work on metrics to increase retention, re-engagement and reducing churn.
- Work with vendors, agencies and other stakeholders involved in brand marketing, end to end to ensure smooth execution of planned marketing campaigns
- Suggest the right media mix, priorities, weights, schedule etc., using platform analytics, campaign insights and consumer feedback.
- Should have closely worked with vendors and partners w.r.t Offline & Brand Marketing for ATL and BTL campaigns
- Should have hands on experience with platform analytics softwares like WebEngage, Clevertap etc,.
- Proven track record of taking up end to end ownership of brand marketing campaigns (ideation to execution)
- Deep understanding of customers journey and engagement concepts.
