Training Manager:
Team handling experience is a must
Induction & Orientation
Designing product and process content
Implements training plans which are aligned with the business strategies
Should have a good understanding of customer touchpoints like Calls" emails web chat etc.
Conduct TNI / TNA for different roles in the organization and for other stakeholder engaged in delivering/implementing program
Should prepare MIS reports/Ad hoc training reports."
Should support and mentor new trainers."
Should be ready to deliver training across locations."
Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Conducts management skills training and follows-up with participants to assess utilization of new skills
Prepare training calendar based on annual academic planning
