Training Manager: 

  • Team handling experience is a must

  • Induction & Orientation

  • Designing product and process content

  • Implements training plans which are aligned with the business strategies

  • Should have a good understanding of customer touchpoints like Calls"    emails    web chat etc.

  • Conduct TNI / TNA for different roles in the organization and for other stakeholder engaged in delivering/implementing program

  • Should prepare MIS reports/Ad hoc training reports."    

  • Should support and mentor new trainers."    

  • Should be ready to deliver training across locations."    

  • Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Conducts management skills training and follows-up with participants to assess utilization of new skills

  • Prepare training calendar based on annual academic planning
