You will be part of the leadership team of the Growth & Revenue team at Bounce and will be responsible for handling one of the key verticals of Acquisition, Retention, Customer experience or Revenue management.
Micro mobility being a new segment in India, this role will require you to innovate and think out of the box to achieve your targets. This is your chance to shape how Growth team operates in this market.
You will build a team of managers & analysts from the ground up to work with both internal and external stakeholders to chart out the growth of Bounce in this market.
You will possess skills/qualifications
5 years of work experience post MBA, with at least 1 year of experience with Growth & revenue roles in the past
Experience with managing a team of managers & analysts
Structured approach to problem solving
High level of ownership & accountability
