Bikes, customers, rides etc form the forerunning components of our business. It is the strong alliances, partnerships that form the backend of the whole system. The alliances team works with the entire ecosystem; government bodies, local authorities, corporates, parking spaces etc and builds partnerships that helps us sustain the business. This role requires strong execution skills on all 3 key business areas; sales, marketing & operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:


Demand Creation

  • Use deep data analysis and Identify sweet spots; alliances that make business sense with long term perspective of driving business
  • Discussing business with these key alliances
  • Signing off deals

Relationship Management

  • Maintain fruitful business relationships with internal & external stakeholders

Marketing

  • Working on Pricing and Promotions specific to these alliances
  • Communication and Marketing at Alliance Site
  • Enabling the on ground marketing team with right set of marketing material to drive all on-ground communication

Revenue Generation

  • Owning revenue numbers and driving business as per set targets

Product Enhancement

  • Working with Product team on demand creation and customer experience as per market feedback

Requirements

  • Passion towards solving problems, building things from the scratch, startups
  • 3+ years of experience in roles involving sales, marketing & operations
  • Proven experience in handling projects with high business stakes
  • Extremely strong process orientation & business accumen
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
  • High sense of urgency
