Job Description - Talent Acquisition Executive (On Ground, Blue Collar Hiring)


Introduction Our dockless ride sharing is an Operations intense business and we project to have about 4000 executives to run our Bangalore city operations and the automobile plant at whitefield. This role is a part of the super energetic on-ground team and will be responsible for closing large volumes of positions by driving sources like agencies, campus, NGOs, referral etc. 



Roles & Responsibilities - Recruiting blue collar employees from various vendors and building networks to attract candidates and build strong on the ground community presence - Maintaining relationships with both internal and external parties to ensure staffing goals are achieved - Organize High Volume Open Houses, Job Fairs, and Social Events - Consult with manager to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives - Source candidates by using databases and social media - Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills - Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers - Contact new employees and prepare on boarding sessions - Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires - Candidate should interact with prospective candidates via NSDC Centers, Job Fairs and personal meetings. 


Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a similar role, taking care of high volume, blue collar hiring - Passion towards recruiting - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Good organizational skills and process driven in nature - High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality - Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently - Take end-to-end responsibility and accountability for results - Good network with local vendors, local corporate’s, Blue Collar network, NGOs, Employment Exchange - Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflows between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team. - High sense of urgency.

Cabs were a boon but it congests cities since the average occupancy in a car is less than 1.2 persons at any point in time. The waiting time for cabs has increased, prices have gone up and the car takes substantially more time to commute compared to a scooter. 

Our solution is simple and light on the pocket and we help you adopt mass rapid transport as well for the longest part of your commute. 


Imagine a simple solution, where you open an app, find the nearest scooter, electric pedelecs , select the bike, get an OTP, key in the OTP on the scooter and the vehicle unlocks and you start and head to your destination. Once you reach your destination, you end the trip on the keypad of the bike, walk away. You pay for the distance and time of your commute only. We further aim at decongesting the roads by encouraging commuters to choose public transport by providing seamless First mile and Last mile connectivity solution in India, through our bike rentals.
